What:
A new school Immunization Requirement for children 11 years of age
requiring a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussiss)
immunization.
Who:
All students born between 09/01/1997 to 08/31/1998 will need this before the 2009-2010 school year.
When:
Before July 31, 2009.
